She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill McDonough and Janice McDonough. She is survived by : her husband John S. Chapman; her sister-in-law Martha Chapman of Mayfield, KY; and her nephew Marion Duplessis of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters.
