She is survived by : her husband Micah Smith; her children, Brady Smith of Mayfield, KY and Addaley Smith of Mayfield, KY; her brother Wes Rhodes (Marlo) of Mayfield, KY; her sister-in-law Magen Tinsley (Darren) of Paducah, KY; her aunts, Sharon Tennison of St. Louis, MO and Jen Herndon (Bob) of Newburg, IN; and her nieces, Elly Rhodes and Avery Rhodes.
