Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jerilyn Ann Wade of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 80, on September 20, 2022. She was predeceased by : her husband Kenny Lane Wade; and her parents, John Colley and Charlene Colley. She is survived by : her children, Robert Wade (Brenda) of Madison, AL, David Wade (Laura) of Madison, AL and Penny Wade Smith (Rob) of South Fulton, TN; and her siblings, Charles Colley (Kathy) of Jackson, TN and Carolyn Grogan (Ed) of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
