He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Stewart Wilkins; his daughter Theresa Dycus; and his parents, Franklin Wilkins and Mable Redmon Waggoner. He is survived by: his sons, Gaylon Wilkins (Shelley) of Mayfield, KY, Jerry D. Wilkins (Lynda) of Paducah, KY and Michael Wilkins of Buford, GA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
