"Rusty" Parham of Mayfield, KY and Tommy Copeland (Lisa) of Benton, KY; her sister Kathy Myatt (Sammy) of Wingo, KY; her grandchildren, Joey Parham, Bell Parham, Courtney Frizzell (Carl) and Tommy Copeland (Amy); and her great grandchild Ellie Copeland.
