He is survived by: his wife Christine Nicholas Wall; his sons, Anthony Wall of Eugene, OR and Jacob Wall (Brandy) of Rogue River, OR; his stepson Rick Winterton of Union, OR; his sisters, Jan Pearcy (Terry) of Carbondale, IL and Jennifer Alamdari (Dariush) of Valencia, CA; and his stepsiblings, Tim Courtney of Water Valley, KY and Beth Reynolds (Joe) of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, three nephews and two nieces.
