He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jackie Brewster and Debbie Bradley; his half-brother Richard Calloway; and his parents, Alvie Calloway and Mary Jane Keeling Calloway.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Ann McAlpin (Danny) of Sedalia, KY and Marsha Coffer of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
