He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ivan Locke and Lunetta Thorpe Locke. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Bugar of Farmington, KY and Chris Bugar of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Jessica Bugar Thomas (Steven) and Sofie Bugar; and his great grandchildren, Easton Thomas and Wrenley Thomas.
