She is survived by: her husband James T. Sledge (JT); her daughter Adyson J. Sledge; her siblings, Christine M. Cassidy, Erin M. Cassidy (Austin Davis) and Shawn Cassidy (Michele Cassidy); her niece Kyle Cassidy; and her nephews, Cody Zumwalt (Chase Davis) and Makala.
