He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Brooks and Francis Brooks (Adams). He is survived by: his wife Mary Brooks of Mayfield; his sons, Michael Brooks of Springfield, MO and Larry Brooks Jr. of Mayfield; and his stepdaughters, Holly Wilson of Mayfield, Gina Thorn (Steven) of Mayfield and Kimberly Powell of Mayfield. He is also survived by three grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one step great- grandchild.
