It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lela Jeanette Cavitt (Mayfield, Kentucky), who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert Cavitt; her siblings, Dumas Prince, Gwen Imes, Wilma Hands, Corinne Ball, Milley Lycas and Billie Figenbaum; and her parents, Ed Prince and Lela Holden Prince.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward L. Cavitt (Debbie) of Lone Oak, KY, Robert L. Cavitt (Linda) of Mayfield, KY and Gordon L. Cavitt (Linda) of Mayfield, KY; her grandchildren, Kemmerli Crass, Katie Harper and Kyle Cavitt; and her great grandchild Kendall Cavitt.
