She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Azbell and Christine Azbell (Hill); her daughters, Teresa Patterson, Tina Quillen and Missy Quillen; and her great grandchild Zoey Pyle.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Quillen of Bardwell, KY and Roy Quillen of Fulton, KY; her sister Joann Gargus of Bruceton, TN; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Griffith of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
