She was predeceased by: her husband James Walter Eads; her siblings, Maxine Doyle, Ruth Hayes, Madge Clark and Roger Sapp; and her parents, John Sapp and Helen Burch Sapp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Riley (Dean) of Benton, KY, Debbie Ray (Keith) of Mayfield, KY and Jan Shadix (Kyle) of Parrish, AL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
