She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Earl Curtsinger; her husband Dean Yates; and her parents, Elisha Thomas and Elizabeth Pierceall Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Terry Foss (Leonard), Andrea Winstead (Walter), Lisa Shupe, Jeff Curtsinger and Steve Curtsinger (Laurale). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
