She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. William H. Strong; her son Billy Joe Strong; her siblings, Treva Breedlove and Kenneth Moreland; and her parents, Vester Moreland and Dortha Oliver Moreland.
She is survived by: her children, Jean A. Sutton (Jeffrey) of Madisonville, KY and John Strong (Phaedra) of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Deborah Perry of Farmington, KY, Rebekah Young (Sammy) of Walling, TN, Joe Moreland (Mary) of Benton, KY and Jimmy Moreland (Marlene) of Hanson, KY; and her daughter-in-law Karen Leigh Strong of Henderson, NV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
