She was predeceased by: her parents, Wickliffe Neale and Helen Neale; her husband Glen Starks; her siblings, Bud Neale and Betty Wagner; and her son Greg Starks, Sr..
She is survived by: her brother Robert Neale of Springfield, IL; her son Randall Starks (Pam) of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandsons, Joshua Starks (Kristie) of Boaz, KY and Gregory Starks, Jr. of Mayfield, KY; her great grandchild Dylan Starks of Mayfield, KY; and her friends, LeeAnn and Kelly Hutchins of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by her family, friends.
