She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Pete" Waggoner and Mary Frances Reed Waggoner; her husband Larry Gale Turnbow; her grandchildren, Parker Monroe Turnbow and Laken Turnbow; her siblings, Beverlen Williams, Brenda Waggoner, Kenneth Waggoner, Roger Waggoner and Joe Ed Waggoner; and her brother-in-law Tom Sulver.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Turnbow (Coy Guthrie), Jerry Turnbow (Crystal), Billy Turnbow (Bobbie) and Ricky Turnbow; her sisters, Bernice Meister (Michael) and Anna Sulver; and her grandchildren, Thomas Warren, Libby Leonard (Bradley), Curtis Turnbow (Addy), Grady Turnbow, Payton Chronister and Jaddison Turnbow. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
