She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Simmons and Hilda Cobsy Simmons; her daughters, Leigh Ann Winfrey Clapp and Jerri Michele Winfrey Smith; and her brothers, Larry, Jackie and Donald Simmons.
She is survived by: her husband Jerrell M. Winfrey Sr.; her son Marty Winfrey of Hickory; and her grandson Kyle Clapp of Dublin.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
