He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Norsworthy (Clynch) and Ralph Frelon Norsworthy; and his brothers, Richard, Billy and Jimmy Norsworthy.

He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Dean Norsworthy (Hubbs); his children, Cindy Darnell (Jeff) of Mayfield and Greg Norsworthy of Frisco, TX.; his grandchildren, Britney York (Jeremy) of Murray, KY, Shara McCuiston (Danny) of Farmington, KY, Gabi Norsworthy of Seattle, WA. and Derek Norsworthy of Austin, TX; and his sisters, Linda Reed and Lisa Courtney of Mayfield, KY..
