She is survived by: her husband John Mac Caldwell; her sons, Paul Caldwell (Shelly) of Cuba, KY and Chris Caldwell (Stephanie) of Mayfield, KY; her grandchildren, Austin Davis Caldwell (Jenny Beth) and Taylor Caldwell (Kelsie); her great grandchildren, Keaton Austin Caldwell, Kambry Elizabeth Caldwell and Elliott James Caldwell; her niece Angela Chapman Garey; and her nephew Scott Chapman (Denise).
