He is survived by: his children, Randall Chapman (Jessica) of Mayfield, KY, Keyon Chapman (Kim) of Murray, KY, Kelly Chapman (Corrie) of Mayfield, KY and Cheryln Rawls (Chris) of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Linda King of Mayfield, KY, Pamela Ellison of Yamhill, Darcy Staring of Vacaville, CA, Lisa Johanson of Napa, CA and Jonathan Chapman of Mayfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
