He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Lamb Warmath; his siblings, Elaine, Carolyn, Bill and James; and his parents, C. T. Warmath and Margaret Holloway Warmath.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Warmath (Judy) of Paducah, KY, Jamie Warmath Crider (Joel) of Melber, KY and Beth Warmath Hicks of Mayfield; and his grandchildren, Ashley Crider Elliott (Coye), Aaron Warmath (Amy), Joey Crider (Heather), Andrew Warmath (Randi), Sarah Warmath Rabiee (Reza), John Warmath (Ashley), Shelby Glisson Strong (Taylor), Abby Glisson Dumas (Mitch) and Sadie Ray (Cody). He is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren.
