Richard A. Adams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Adams of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ricky, Andy Adams, Jr. and Donna Mae Penney; his grandson Richard Bradley Copeland; and his parents, Andy Adams and Louise Skaggs Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Adams Copeland (Tommy) of Benton, KY and Nicole Adams Sullivan (John) of Almo, KY; his brother Tim Adams of Mayfield; and his grandchildren, Tommy Copeland (Amy) of Richmond, KY, Landon Sullivan of Murray, KY and Kalyssa Sullivan of Almo, KY. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
