Harrell; her daughters, Beth Scarbrough (Jeff) of Mayfield, KY and Cathy Jordan of Mayfield, KY; her granddaughters, Megan Blount (Norland) of Mayfield, KY, Shelby Adams Hernandez (Kevin) of Lexington, KY and Katie Beth Scarbrough (Colton Moon) of Bruceton, TN; her great grandchildren, Case Blount, Billie Ann Blount of Mayfield, Schuyler Moon and Hayes Moon of Bruceton, TN; and her sister Mary Jane Lampkins of Lacassas, TN..
