She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Faye Spitler. She is survived by: her children, Tabitha (Ronnie McIntosh) of Mayfield, KY and Adam Turnbow of Mayfield, KY; and her sisters, Melody McClure (Steve) of Tri City, KY and Angela Nemish (David) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
