She was predeceased by : her parents, Jimmy Adams and Mary Jones; her stepfather Jack Jones; and her brother Dennis Adams. She is survived by : her children, Lindsay Carr (Will Jay) of Mayfield and Richard Smith of Louisville; her siblings, Sherry O'Steen of Clinton, Kathy Marine and Robert Adams of Knoxville; and her grandchildren, Kyson and Krayton Carr of Mayfield.
