He is survived by: his wife Glenda Holland Stevens of Mayfield; his children, Rhonda Stevens of Mayfield and Rodney K. Stevens; his daughters-in-law, Diane Miers Stevens of Kevil, KY. and Betty Stevens; his grandchildren, Misty Stevens of Paducah, KY., Eli Stevens of Mayfield, KY., Preston Stevens and Savannah Stevens of Kevil, KY; and his great grandchildren, Marq Holland, Mionna McClelland and Mondy McClelland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
