Mathis of Mayfield, KY; his siblings, Tina Wilson (Ronnie) of Mayfield, KY, Traci Wallrauch (Ted) of Mayfield, KY and Todd Mathis (Karen) of Mayfield, KY; and his grandchildren, Dylan Hobbs, Madisyn Dietch, Haley McCreery, Kamryn McCreery and Colbie McCreery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
