He is survived by: his siblings, Michael O'Connor (JoAnn) of Sanford, FL, Jerry O'Connor (Debbie), Karen Burnett (Van) of Mayfield, KY, Rhonda Adams (Alan) of Mayfield, KY, Diana Rockwell (Bobby) of Hickory, KY and Denise Diaz (Ed) of Calvert City, KY. He is also survived by two aunts; and several nieces and nephews.
