It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Tolbird McCombs of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her daughter Tammie McCombs; her brother Mitchell Tolbird; and her parents, Tollie Voris and Mary Sams Tolbird. She is survived by : her husband William O. McCombs; her sons, Dr. Rick McCombs (Ann) of Boaz, KY and Jim McCombs of Mayfield, KY; her sister Annetta "DeDe" Whitlock (David) of Cunningham, KY; and her grandchildren, Michael McCombs of Nashville, TN, Evan McCombs (Madelynn) of Symsonia, KY and Anya McCombs of Boaz, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
