He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred James Magee (Pat) and Juliette Magee Stone (Judy) of Wickliffe. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Oliver Magee; his daughter Sarah Magee (Justin Mcfarland) of Murray; his siblings, Mike Magee (Linda) of Frankfort and Ava Siener (Vic) of Paducah; his foster daughters, Ashley Foster and Lizzy Cullen; and his granddaughter Emily Newberry.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a charitable contribution to Woodlands Nature Station care of Friends of LBL; located at 345 Maintenance Rd. Cadiz KY 42211 https://friendsoflbl.org.
