He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson and Emma Dee Huber Hord; his wife Elizabeth Jean "Jeanie" Haughaboo Hord; and his daughter-in-law Janie Allison Hord. He is survived by: his children, Lois Hord Vice (Steven) of Morehead, Bette Hord Fegan (Rick), Sue Hord Howard (Terry) of Maysville, Chuck Hord (Melia) of Lexington and David Hord (Lisa) of Maysville; his grandchildren, Michael Vice, Paul Vice, Erin Banet, Eric Fegan, Jan Murry, Carrie Carlson, Robert Howard, Christopher Hord, Brendan Hord, Will Hord, Allison Landreth, Lyle Hord, Kyle Copas, Cory Copas and Candace Copas; and his siblings, Jesse Hord of Windsor and Anne H. Follmer of Maysville. He is also survived by twenty six great grandchildren.
