He is survived by: his mother Anna Gallenstein; his stepfather George Hord; his father Deron "Lopey" Johnson; his siblings, Devin Johnson, Tyler Gallenstein and Christian Gallenstein; his grandmothers, Judy Gallenstein of Maysville and Ann Johnson of Maysville; his brother Jakari Guase of Jacksonville, Florida.; his cousin Dirk Dudley (Johnson); and his girlfriend Skyla Shields. He is also survived by niece; two nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Patrick Church.
