He is survived by: his parents, Everett Evans and Connie Johnson Evans of Foxport, KY.; his wife Kayla Evans; his children, Haley Evans of Missouri, Shawn Tyler Evans of Missouri, Justin Evans of Maysville, KY, Rebecca Evans (Landon) of Brooksville, KY., Everett Evans of Brooksville, KY. and Anndrea Evans of Brooksville, KY.; his grandchildren, Ma'Laya, Anthony Jr., Jai'Syion, Jayden, Kayden, Bryleigh, Mason and Leo; and his sisters, Carolyn Swisshelm (Darrin), Lillie Patrick and Sarah Mahoney (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
