He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jett and Margaret Curtis Jett; his siblings, Charles, Ronnie, Ricky, Bill Jett, Betty Linville, Linda Applegate and Bonnie McCarty; and his stepdaughter Ashley Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Dinah Duncan Jett; his children, Jeremy Jett of Maysville, Christopher Jett of Maysville, Eric Jett (Krystal) of Indianapolis and Ashley Peed (Michael) of Augusta; his stepdaughter Devin Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Duncan (Kathy), John Mark Duncan, Greg Duncann, Kimberly Duncan Bryant (Eddie) and Janet Bickley (Mark). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
