He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Boone and Mildred Pollock Boone of Maysville, KY.; his wife Angela Bellamy Boone; his son Justin K. Boone; and his sisters, Aretta Boone Bartlett and Jerrye Jo Boone Redden.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Boone Ishmael (Chad), Henry Clay Boone (Jennifer), Sarah Boone Jayasuriya, Bradley Boone (Hannah), Maddie Henry (Dorian) and Katie Boone; his grandchildren, Jarrod (Chelsea), Spencer, Libby Ishmael, Bailey, Henry Blake Boone, Izzy, Jax Jayasuriya, Kami Henry and Layla Boone; his great grandchild Beckett Freeman; his mother-in-law Barbara Wenz; and his sister Kathy Reel (Phil) of Owensboro Ky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
