He was predeceased by: his parents, June Jolly and Elizabeth Jolly (Pogue). He is survived by: his wife Kennie Jolly (Fryman); his son John Kevin Jolly; his siblings-in-law, Dale and Tonya Allen; his sibling's children, Cory Allen (Carli) and Courtney Dunn (Fred); and his great-nieces, Isla and Delia Dunn.
