He is survived by : his children, Lana Renee Bush (John) of Brooksville, KY, Ronald Dean Adams of Lewisburg, KY, Roger J. Adams (Karen) of Maysville, KY and Phillip Randall Adams (Edna Marie) of Flemingsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Matt Bradley (Stephanie White), Adam Bradley (Megan), Zach Cumberland (Sarah), Daniel Bush (Megan Wilson), Ben Bush (McKayla), Anna Bush, David Adams, Constance Howard (Chris), Luke Adams (Beth), Darcy Fields and Delaney Fields; his siblings, Fred Adams, Joyce Priode, James Adams, Ronald Adams and Donald Adams; and the mother of his children Naomi Adams Ivans. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
