She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel I. Jacobs and Edna Sturm Jacobs; her husband Omar Nelson Bailey; and her brother Samuel Jacobs. She is survived by : her daughter Rebecca Christine Bailey of Maysville; her sister Marilyn Strawser of Dayton, OH; and her friend Rebecca Cartmell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
