He is survived by : his nephew Christopher Shane Toller; his aunt Tammy Jackson McNay; his uncle Carroll Jackson; his caregivers, Carol Villareal, Kaleesha Johnson and Amy Darnell; and also, Terry and Sarah Anderson.
