He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L Nickerson and Rosa M. Nickerson; and his siblings, Ronnie Nickerson, Billy Nickerson and Rosie Lee Abercrombie.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nickerson; his children, John A. Nickerson (Erica Blevins) and Amanda Shields (Kelly); his grandchildren, Makayla Nickerson, Mason Nickerson, Mandelana Nickerson, Anastasia Nickerson and Noah Shields; and his siblings-in-law, Bonita Nickerson and Troy Abercrombie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials are suggested in the form of contributions to help offset Robbie's final expenses, in care of Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 145, Augusta, Kentucky 41002.
