He is survived by: his children, Robin Commodore Smith of Macon, GA, Terry Commodore of Dayton, OH, Miller Allen Commodore of Cynthiana, KY, Mary Custard of Cynthiana and Walter Custard of Cynthiana, KY; and his sister Mae Lail of Brooksville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
