He is survived by : his children, Elizabeth Moore of Cynthiana, KY and Ronald Lee Bell Jr. of Tazewell, TN; his grandchildren, Kelsey Bell, Devon Moore, Heather Spurlock, Rachel Spurlock and Jennifer Spurlock; his great grandchildren, Memphis Johnson, Sawyer Johnson, Alieigh Watson, Trinity Watson, Emily Watson and Oliver Watson; and his siblings, Pauline Rickbaugh, Janet Vice, Rosie Burns, Doris Marcum and Keith Bell Jr..
