He was predeceased by: his parents, James Porter and Stella Porter. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Stanfield (Darin); his grandchildren, Payne Stanfield and Wallis Stanfield; his stepdaughter Miranda Montgomery (Mark); his stepgranddaughter Maggie; and his wife Sonya Porter.
