She is survived by: her children, Becky Rice (Michael) of Stopover, KY, Megan May (Bill) of McCarr, KY, Marquita Ison of McCarr, KY, Ryan Ison, Alex Ison and Nate Ison; her siblings, Eugene Phillips (Trish) of Stone, KY, Debbie Smith (Bill) of Phelps, KY, Donna Thompson (Randy) of Chattaroy, WV and Harley Bolen of Ransom, KY; and her grandchildren, Edward Yates, Donovan Yates, Calab Yates, Lilly Yates, Raygan Rice, Parker Rice, Mylah Rice, Braylen Ison, Nevaeh Ison and Kinley Hurley.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Jones & West Funeral Home (37035 KY-194, Phelps, KY 41553).
