He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Farley Sr. and Hattie M. Jenkins Farley; his wife Letha M. Ball Farley; his children, Robert, Donnie, Keith, William Jr., Brian, Sharen, Ethel and D. J. Farley; his siblings, Raymond, Jimmy, Fred Farley, Mabel Hurley, Cora Hatfield, Mary Comstock, Emma, Hazel Snyder and Thelma Meade; and his grandson Randy Farley.
He is survived by: his sons, David Farley of Turkey Creek, KY and Johnny Farley of McCarr, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
