It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Courtney Rachelle Blevins of McDowell, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Claude Lowell Blevins; and her grandparents, Bob, Sarah King and Shelby Reynolds. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Jane King Blevins of McDowell, KY; her son Kingsley Anderson Blevins; her close friend Eric Reid; her children, Emily Reid and Nikolai Reid; her aunt Diana Eads (Tim); and her uncle Robin Reynolds (Donnie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Anderson Cemetery.
