He was predeceased by: his parents, Pink Osborne Jr. and Velvie Osborne; his brother Randy Osborne; and his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his children, Alan Dwayne Osborne (Angie) of Greenville, Jeremy Michael Osborne (Cynthia Hoover) of McDowell and Tammy Slone of Wellington, Kentucky; the mother of his children Cindy Murrell; his sister Janice Osborne Gayheart (Glenis) of Beaver, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Katlin, Heather, Bryon, Justin, Brandy, Melonie, Kassedy and Bentley Cole. He is also survived by 16 Great Grandchildren.
