She is survived by: her husband Terry Howell; her children, Kevin Litton (Ashley Runyon), K. J. Litton, Remington Litton and Faithe Howard (Zack); her siblings, Harold Johnson, Glen Johnson, David Johnson, Hester Strignano and Wanda McCoy; and her grandchildren, Damion Bush, Hunter Litton, Everly Grace Howard, Paige Litton, Samara Bush and Hope Litton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224).
