We bid farewell to Alice Mae Allen of McHenry, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 29, 2025 at the age of 93. Alice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Stewart and Ruby Stewart; her husband Bud Allen; her sisters, Wilma Jean Duke and Sue Brown; and her grandson Travis Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Allen of McHenry, Regina Webster of McHenry, Georgina Heuring (Curt) of Louisiana and Becky Gaither (Todd) of McHenry; and her caregivers, Terri Ashburn, Dana Render, Sharon Taylor, Jennifer Shrewsbury and Donetta Crawford. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to McHenry Baptist Church or Render Memorial Cemetery.
